According to the public relations of the Trade Promotion Organization of Iran, Mirhadi Sidi said: in the framework of a joint project of the Trade Promotion Organization of Iran in cooperation with the International Trade Center associated with United Nations - UNCTAD - and the World Trade Organization and in order to implement the strategy The National Export Development Agency, which has recently been developed with the technical assistance of the Center, it plans to support small and medium-sized export companies to enter the German market (in collaboration with the German Carl Duisberg Institute and the Small Industries and Industrial Towns Organization of Iran).
The Advisor for International Affairs and Trade Agreements of the Trade Promotion Organization of Iran added: In the framework of this program, the CEOs or members of the board of directors of small and medium production and export companies active in seven areas including; Medicinal plants, fruits and vegetables, auto parts, petrochemical products, ICT, tourism and academics, as well as other economic sectors that want to connect with the German market (as a pilot project) to sell their products or services, are invited to take action.
Sidi added: "Out of about 100 companies that had completed and submitted the application form to participate in this program, after conducting various interviews, 35 export companies were finally selected and in a three-day workshop were participated to prepare them for dispatch to Germany in The location of the Trade Promotion Organization of Iran was held.
He said: "In this program, two managers of the German institute participating in the project attended the Trade Promotion Organization of Iran to provide the necessary information and guidance to Iranian export companies to make maximum use of this program."
Sidi continued: "During these workshops, the necessary explanations on how to cooperate with German companies to the CEOs and export managers of 35 selected companies, presentation and experiences of experts of the Trade Promotion Organization were provided to the selected."
It is worth mentioning that at the end of this workshop, a re-interview was conducted with each of the participants so that out of the 35 companies present, 25 companies would be included in the final list and practical measures would be taken to send them to Germany.
